As part of our commitment to Engage, Equip, and Empower our students, please review the binding contractual obligations for E3 Legacy Academy for the 2025-2026 academic year:
1. Enrollment Policy: I, as parent or legal guardian, do hereby enroll the above-named child in E3 Legacy Academy at 2627 Oak Island Dr. San Antonio, TX 78264, for the 2025-2026 school year.
2. Faith-Based Tuition: I understand and agree to the following as stated in the E3 Legacy Academy Handbook that tuition is faith-based. There are no set fees. We ask parents to pray and seek what they should contribute for their child's education. We recognize that there are many available Christian schools with exorbitant tuitions, but we have chosen to walk in faith that our families will be faithful to support financially the needs for this school to exist. We believe God is our provider and He is always faithful.
3. Disciplinary Regulations & Withdrawal: I understand that the school reserves the right to insist on the immediate withdrawal of any student whose presence in the school is considered detrimental either to the students' or to the school's best interest. I have read the section on rules, policies, procedures, and discipline in the handbook, and I agree to insist that my child submit to the program of academic and disciplinary regulations, and to all other requirements instituted by the Academy's leadership and carried out by the faculty. I am aware that the Bible relegates to me the duty and responsibility to educate and counsel my own child, but in delegating a portion of that responsibility to the school, I agree to cooperate by urging my child to remain diligent in study and to strive toward moral excellence in a manner prescribed by the Bible.
4. Liability & Health Indemnity: I understand that the school offers participation in sports activities and with playground equipment which involve the normal amount of physical danger, and that the school cannot and does not assume responsibility for injuries which may result therefrom. I also understand that the spread of diseases in most school settings is probable. I am satisfied that the disinfecting and cleaning carried out at E3 Legacy Academy are sufficient and agree to hold E3 Legacy Academy, King of Glory Familia, and its staff harmless should my child contract any disease.
5. Transportation Consent: I hereby request that my child, named above, be allowed to ride in a vehicle operated by a member of the faculty of E3 Legacy Academy or by a driver approved by the faculty on school-sponsored or approved trips. I represent to E3 Legacy Academy and its employees that such method of transportation is safe and reasonable and waive any requirements that the driver be bonded. Other than payments due me from any insurance in force at the time of any school-sponsored trip, I waive, release, and discharge E3 Legacy Academy, its employees, and any driver or vehicle owner from any claim, demand or cause of action arising out of the transportation of my child, commercial carrier excluded.
6. Structural Integrity of Information: I have read, and do understand and agree to support and abide by the conditions explained in this enrollment contract, and in the E3 Legacy Academy Handbook of the current year, and do declare that the information supplied on the application for enrollment is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I also agree to keep the school informed of any pertinent changes in my contact information.
